  SHAFFER
  
  Terry L. Shaffer, 37, of Acosta, died May 30, 1987, in Memorial
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born April 11, 1950, in Somerset, the son of
  Merle K. and Ann (Omerzo) Shaffer.  Survived by his parents; one
  sister, Shirley, wife of William Cober, Somerset RD 5; and one
  brother, Merle K. Jr., married to former Patsy DelSignore, Acosta;
  three nieces and two nephews.  Was a member of St. John's Catholic
  Church, Acosta.  Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  today, in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.  Mass of Christian Burial
  Tuesday 10 a.m. in St. John's Church, Acosta, the Rev. Benjamin Dykas
  officiating.  Interment, Husband Cemetery.  Rosary will be conducted
  7:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
