  Elmer J. Shandor, 76, Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate, formerly of
  Somerset and Pittsburgh, died Dec. 19, 1988 at the Manor.  Born Aug.
  29, 1912 in Pittsburgh, son of George and Mary Shandor.  Preceded in
  death by parents, son George, one sister and four brothers.  Survived
  by wife, the former Marjorie Lynch; two sons, Allan, married to the
  former Dorothy Sheftic, Jenners; and Richard, married to the former
  Mary Pat Champion, Hartland, Wisc.; six grandchildren, also
  daughter-in-law Joyce Shandor of Altoona.  Brother of Paul, Naples,
  Fla.; Ethel Ullman and Helen Hopkins, both of Philadelphia.  Former
  member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Somerset.  Observed 52nd
  wedding anniversary June 8, 1988.  Retired employee of Crucible Steel
  Inc., Midland.  Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at
  Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where wake service
  will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.  Mass of Christian Burial at 10
  a.m. Wednesday, St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Boswell, Father
  Hilary Brzostowsky, O.F.M., Conv., officiating.  Interment, St.
  Stanislaus Cemetery.
