  MRS. EDWARD SHARRAH
  
    Mrs. Lena Sharrah, 83, formerly of Somerset, died July 26, 1973, in
  The Home for the Aged in Berlin.
    Born Jan. 9, 1890, in Somerset County, she was a daughter of the
  late Levi and Elizabeth (Platt) Long.  She was preceded in death by
  her husband, Edward Sharrah, and a son, Jacob.
    Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Daniel (Mattie) Brant, Berlin; a
  brother, Daniel Long, Meyersdale; and several grandchildren.
    She was a member of Somerset Church of the Brethren.
    Funeral service was conducted Monday morning in Richard E. Hauger
  Funeral Home, Somerset, with Rev. Paul White officiating.  Interment
  in Husband Cemetery.
