  SHAULIS
  
  Alice Mary Shaulis, 85, of Somerset, passed away March 22, 2003 at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born Feb. 14, 1918 in Lincoln Township, a
  daughter of William E. and Sadie P. (Sarver) Barnhart.  Preceded in
  death by parents, husband, John Fredrick Shaulis who died April 19,
  1985, and sister Juanita Yohe.  Survived by sons, Ronald W. Shaulis,
  married to the former Alice Willis of Champion, Lynn W. Shaulis,
  married to the former Irene Goldstein of Gaithersburg, Md.; six
  grandchildren and four step grandchildren; five great grandchildren
  and seven step great-grandchildren; and one step
  great-great-granddaughter and a numerous nieces and nephews.  Sister
  of Mrs. Pauline Howarth of Somerset.  Member of Bethany United
  Methodist Church, Somerset Hospital Auxiliary, Somerset Hospital
  Cardiac Club, Somerset County Blind Center and American Diabetes
  Association.  She was an [sic] Licensed Practical Nurse for the
  former Somerset State Hospital, retiring in 1985 with 25 years
  service.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where service will be
  conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday.  The Rev. Barry K. Ritenour
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
