  SHAULIS
  
  Bessie M. Shaulis, 58, of Somerset, died Jan. 23, 1977, in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  She was born March 2, 1918, in Lincoln Township,
  a daughter of William H. and Jennie E. Miller Emmert.  Preceded in
  death by her mother, one brother and one sister.  Survived by her
  father, William H. and these children:  Mrs. Kenneth (Carol) Shaulis,
  Somerset RD 2; Mrs. Thomas (Sarah) Wright, Friedens RD 6 and Clarence
  W., Jr., Somerset RD 2; 10 grandchildren.  Brother and sister: 
  Howard Emmert, Somerset RD 2 and Mrs. Glenn (Mary) [sic] Somerset RD 2. 
  She was a member of Beulah United Methodist Church, the Somerset
  Grange and a volunteer worker in the Somerset Community Hospital. 
  Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Monday in the Richard E. Hauger
  Funeral Home where services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. with
  the Rev. J. Wesley Spahn and the Rev. James Vandervort officiating. 
  Interment, Beulah Cemetery.
