He was born Oct. 21, 1910, in Berlin, son of the late Albert Marshall and Anna (Bowman) Shaulis. Also preceded in death by an infant sister, Louella. He is survived by his wife, the former Genevieve Bowman; and these children: Dolores (Mrs. Charles A. Miller), Somerset RD 2; E. Wayne, of Rockwood RD 1; Alice (Mrs. David Rainey), Oklawaha, Fla.; Douglas A., Somerset RD 7; and a stepdaughter Cecile (Mrs. Galen Flick), Somerset RD 8; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Also survived by two sisters: Mrs. Edna Haugher, Somerset; and Alma (Mrs. Robert O. Barkman), Baltimore, Md. He was a former resident of Somerset and Bedford (Friend's Cove). He was a retired employee of Agway Inc. Memorial services were held at Resurrection Lutheran Church, Avon Park, Fla.
