Shaulis, 57, of Somerset RD 2, died May 28, 1990, in the Mercy Hospital, Johnstown. Born Oct. 2, 1932, in Somerset. Son of Charles Franklin Shaulis of Boswell RD 2 and the late Mary E. (Hutton) Shaulis. Also preceded in death by a brother, Earl. Survived by his wife, the former Shelby J. Querry of Somerset RD 1, and these children: Mrs. Clifford "Kip" (Nancy) Forlines of Champion and Gregory A. Shaulis and Scott C. Shaulis of Somerset RD 2; also three step-grandsons, Sam, Clifton and Eric. He was the brother of Harold Shaulis and Miss Dora J. Shaulis, both of Harrisburg; Roy G. Shaulis and Robert Shaulis, both of Boswell RD 2, and Mrs. Robert (Ruth) Ream, Somerset RD 3. Korean War U.S. Army Veteran. He was a maintenance supervisor for Newman Enterprises, the Swiss Mountain Association Inc. and The Villages at Seven Springs Inc. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, the Rev. Melvin E. Vance officiating.
