    Gary R. Shaulis, 56, Jerome Avenue Extension, Jerome, pronounced dead May 5, 2006, at
  home. Born Nov. 28, 1949, in Jenners, son of Blaine W. and Ruby J. (Ogline) Shaulis.
  Preceded in death by parents; infant sister, Elaine Marie; and sister, Judith Pettitt.
  Survived by brothers, Dale, married to Rita "Dolly" Walker, Jerome; and Glenn,
  Jennerstown; and sister, Kathy, married to Kenneth Crider, Old Fields, W.Va. Also
  survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives. A 1968 graduate of Conemaugh
  Township Area High School, Davidsville. No visitation or services at Gary's request.
  Arrangements in charge of the Hoffman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Davidsville.
