  SHAULIS
  
  Gladys Ella Shaulis, 79, of Somerset died Feb. 3, 2003, at Meadowview
  Nursing Center, Berlin.  Born Jan. 28, 1824 in Jefferson Township. 
  Daughter of Roy Henry and Mary Augusta (Beck) Shaulis.  Preceded in
  death by parents and sister Garnet Shaulis.  Sister of:  Luther J.
  Shaulis, married to the former Helen Traup of Somerset; Mrs. Grace
  Carey, Rockwood; Clyde H. Shaulis married to the former Dorothy Long,
  Somerset, and Mrs. Mary Barron, Mrs. Eugene (Ruby) Rock, and Mrs.
  Goldie Ohler all of Somerset.  Also a number of nieces, nephews and
  great-nieces and great-nephews.  Member of Trinity Lutheran Church. 
  Attended Western Pa. School for the Deaf.  She had been an
  ironer/presser in the Somerset Hospital laundry.  Friends received
  from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where
  a service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Susan
  H. Yatta officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
