   Janice Lorraine Shaulis, 83, Somerset, passed on Jan. 14, 2007, at Siemon Lakeview Manor
  Estate. Born Jan. 12, 1924, in Alliance, Neb., she is the daughter of Joseph and Florence
  Robbins. She married William Lipsie on Oct. 18, 1944, in Blairsville. Bill Lipsie died in
  1958. She then married Norman A. Shaulis of Somerset on June 17, 1961. She is preceded in
  death by her parents; sister, Evelyn Ball, Alliance, Neb.; son, William Joe Lipsie; and
  her husband, Judge Norman A. Shaulis. She is survived by her son, Gregory Lipsie and
  wife, Rebecca, Bonita Springs, Fla.; daughter, Annette Barkman and husband, Jon,
  Somerset; and granddaughters Caitlin and Meredith Barkman. She was a member of St. Paul's
  Presbyterian Church in Somerset. Friends will be received from noon until the time of
  service at 2 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset. The Rev. Keith Fink
  officiating. Interment at Somerset County Memorial Park.
