Shaulis, 69, of Roof Garden Heights, Somerset RD 7, died April 19, 1985, at Memorial Hospital, Johnstown. Born March 29, 1915, in Lincoln Township, a son of the late Harvey and Lucy (Barndt) Shaulis. Also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. Survived by wife, the former Alice Barnhart, and two sons: Ronald of Champion RD 1; and Lynn of Columbia, Md.; also six grandchildren. He was a brother of Mrs. Ruth Miller, and Judge Norman A. Shaulis, both of Somerset; Mrs. Calvin (Matilda) Kimmel, Somerset RD 3; and Mrs. Paul (Thelma) Gardner of Berlin. He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church; FOE; and charter member of Loyal Order of Moose. He was the owner of East End Hardware. Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Saturday and from noon until 4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where service will be conducted Monday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev.
