  SHAULIS
  
  John H. Shaulis, 65, of Somerset RD 5, died April 14, 1987, in
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born April 9, 1922, in Jefferson
  Township, a son of the late Nelson H. and Minnie Marie (Peterman)
  Shaulis.  Also preceded in death by a brother and a grandson.  He is
  survived by his wife, the former Carrie Grace Hochard; and these
  children:  Mrs. Alvin B. (Arlene) Pyle, Somerset RD 1; Mrs. Charles
  (Ruby) Snyder, Somerset RD 7; and Gerald L., Somerset RD 8; nine
  grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  Brother of:  Mrs. Merle
  (Evelyn) Mack of Medina, Ohio; William F. of Grason, Md.; Mrs. Elmer
  (Emma) Moore, Somerset RD 3; Mrs. Carl (Betty) Hamer of Friedens;
  James of Avondale; and Mrs. Clifford (Mary) Enos of Boswell RD 2. 
  Member of the First Christian Church of Somerset.  Friends received
  7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home where services will be conducted Friday
  at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Robert McNeel officiating.  Interment,
  Weller Cemetery.
