  Marian Shaulis, 53, of Stoystown RD 2, died Jan. 9, 1977 in Lee
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Jan. 12, 1923 in Somerset County, daughter
  of James and Matilda Ogline Sipe.  Survived by her husband, Owen; a
  daughter, Miss Mary G. and a son, Jay D., both of Stoystown RD 2; a
  stepdaughter, Mrs. Joseph Zambanini of Somerset RD 2; three
  grandchildren; five step grandchildren; and one great grandchild. 
  Also these brothers and sisters:  John J. Sipe of Somerset RD 2;
  George L. Sipe of Acosta; Mrs. Rudy Stemmler of Strasburg; Nancy
  Gastley; Mrs. John Tressler, Mrs. Donald Hauger, and Calvin, all of
  Somerset; and Morris H.  Member of the Beulah United Methodist Church
  and the Women's Christian society.  Friends will be received after 7
  p.m. Tuesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.  Funeral
  services 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Beulah United Methodist Church
  with the Rev. J. Westley Spahn officiating.  Interment, church
  cemetery.  Body will lie in state in the church from 9:30 a.m. until
  time of service.
