  SHAULIS
  
  Norman J. (Bum) Shaulis, Jr., 54, Friedens RD 2, died Sept. 29, 1980,
  at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Oct. 4, 1925, in Lincoln
  Township, a son of the late Norman and Carrie (Dunmyer) Shaulis. 
  Preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Dolly.  Survived by
  his wife, the former Martha Howarth; three children:  Mrs. Richard
  (Kathy) Erdman, Glen Rock; Norman Jr. [sic] Shaulis and Miss Joyce Rexroth,
  both of Friedens RD 2; five grandchildren.  Brother of:  Mrs. Kenneth
  Daniels, Earl and Eugene Shaulis, all of Glen Rock; Mrs. Albert
  Putman, Somerset; and Homer, Jerome.  In the excavation business for
  past 25 years.  Member of the Friedens Volunteer Fire Department. 
  Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Wilbur D. Miller
  Funeral Home, where funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 1:30
  p.m., Pastor David Ed officiating.  Interment, Beulah Cemetery.
