  Mrs. Eva N. Shaver, 92, of Friedens died Sept. 6, 1978 in Berlin. 
  Born July 23, 1886 in Friedens, daughter of Cyrus and Julia (Hoffman)
  Pile.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Webster; two sisters;
  and three brothers.  Sister of Mrs. Marian Hensel and Orville Pile,
  both of Friedens.  Members of Friedens Lutheran Church, L.C.W.;
  Lutheran Bible Class; and Third Society of Farm Women.  Family will
  receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Stoystown, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Rev.
  James R. Ling officiating.  Interment, Friedens Lutheran Cemetery.
