  SHAW
  
    Haywood Shaw, 59, of Elyria, Ohio, died Jan. 19, 1985 in Elyria. 
  Born April 9, 1925 in Tennessee, a son of Lewis Shaw of Tennessee and
  the late Mrs. Shaw.  Preceded in death by his wife, the former Eleanor
  McKenzie.  Survived by a son, John, of Melbourne Beach, Fla.; and a
  daughter, Mrs. Linda Hill of Cleveland, Ohio; also two
  grandchildren.  Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at
  the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale where services will be conducted
  at 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Lloyd Wilson.  Interment, Greenville
  Cemetery.
