    Jane Ellen Shawley, 85, Jenners, died Dec. 25, 1981, at home of
  son, Lester.  Born Feb. 25, 1896 in Smock, Pa., daughter of Edward
  and Elizabeth (Cole) Postgate.  Preceded in death by husband, John
  I.; three infant sons; one son, Arthur M., who died May 26, 1977;
  also several sisters and brothers.  Survived by these children: Mrs.
  Della Everett, Aiken, S.C.; Robert, married to Jean Daniels and
  Lester, married to Isabelle Geisweidt, both of Wayne, Mich.; Mrs.
  Flora Schlenke, Wilkinsburg, Pa.; John (Jack), married to Joan
  Buchannon, Coalport, Pa.; Arlene, wife of Robert Dickman, Fairfax,
  Va.; 33 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; one great
  great-grandchild.  Sister of Ted, Pittsburgh.  Member of Jenners
  Grace Brethren Church.  Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Sunday, 2-4
  and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell,
  where service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Max
  DeArmey.  Interment, Maple Spring Cemetery.
