  SHAWLEY
  
    Philip Kenneth Shawley Jr., 15, of Everson, died Aug. 15, 1993, in
  H.C. Frick Community Health Center, Mt. Pleasant.  Born March 16,
  1978 in Somerset, son of Phillip K. Shawley Sr. of Somerset RD 6 and
  Cynthia B. Lynch of Everson.  Attended the St. Clair Intermediate
  Unit School of Greensburg.  In addition to parents, survived by a
  stepmother, Patricia Lavan Shawley of Somerset RD 6; two brothers,
  Christopher Shawley of Everson and Bradley Shawley of Somerset RD 6;
  two sisters, Jennifer and Michelle Shawley, both of Everson; paternal
  grandparents, Mildred P. Henry Shawley of Tarrs and the late Phillip
  K. Shawley; maternal grandparents, Betty Uster Lynch Gravely of
  Ruffsdale RD and the late Elmer Lynch and a step-grandmother, Betty
  G. Trent Lavan of Somerset.  Preceded in death by a sister, Malinda
  K. Shawley in 1986.  Friends will be received at Luther J. Grimm
  Funeral Home, 806 W. Main St., Mount Pleasant, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Tuesday.  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in
  the funeral home, with the Rev. Timothy V. Sweigart officiating. 
  Private interment in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Tarrs.
