Born March 26, 1913 in West Newton, Westmoreland County, daughter of Gustav Charles King and Mildred Elizabeth Trosene. Preceded in death by husband, George Ulysses Sheeler, who died June 4, 1983; brothers, Walter, Alfred, Stanley and Roy King; sisters, Gertrude King; Julia Clay and twin sister, Bertha May Friedline. Survived by children: George L. Sheeler of Victorville, Calif.; and Ms. Jean Marie Harvey of Willoughby, Ohio; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and brother, Ralph L. King of Verona. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, American Legion Post 181 Auxiliary; VFW Post 554; Auxiliary of Somerset and Somerset County Firemen's Auxiliary. There will be no viewing or visitation. Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset with Rev. Susan H. Yatta officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
