   Dorothy Mae Sheeler, 86, Somerset, died April 15, 2008, at The Patriot, Somerset. Born
  March 19, 1922, in Somerset, the daughter of William I. and Elsie Pearl (Dietz) Hauger.
  Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Elvin, Wilbur and William Hauger Jr.; sisters,
  Darlie Lohr, Mildred Bowman and Zelma Fetters. Survived by her husband, Harold Jay
  Sheeler to whom she was married 61 years; son, Daniel Sheeler and fiancˇe, Jayne Basye,
  Alpine, Wyo.; granddaughter, Mrs. Bradley (Christine) Stoffan, Cheyenne, Wyo.;
  great-grandson, Brandon Stoffan. A 1939 graduate of Somerset High School, she had worked
  as a clerk for the former J C Penney Co. She was also a member of Somerset Church of the
  Brethren and American Legion Post 181, Ladies Auxiliary. No viewing or visitation. A
  service will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, April 24, at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home,
  Somerset. The Rev. Mark S. Bendes officiating. Interment, Weller Cemetery. Memorial
