  GEORGE U. SHEELER
  
    George U. Sheeler, 68, of 1605 Brubaker St., Berlin, died June 4,
  1983 at Somerset Community Hospital.
    He was born Sept. 20, 1914 in Youngstown, Ohio, son of Perry and
  Edith Sheeler.
    He was preceded in death by parents and two brothers.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Beatrice King; son, George
  of Victorville, Calif.; and daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Jean) Harvey,
  Macedonia, Ohio; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. 
  Also a sister, Mrs. Grace Zimmerman, Stoystown.  He was a member of
  Trinity Lutheran Church, Hooversville, and he retired from Bethlehem
  Steel Corp. in 1977.
    Friends were received at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin,
  where services were held with the Rev. Kenneth S. Swanson
  officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
