  Ruth L. (Lintz) Sheeler, 72, Fifth Street, Jerome, died Oct. 22, 2005, at
  Memorial Medical Center. Born Nov. 19, 1932, in Jerome, daughter of Porter and
  Stella (Smith) Lintz. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Robert J., 1984;
  son, Robert L. 1979 and brother, Glenn "Red" Lintz, 2005. Survived by four
  children: Randy Sr., Jerome, Ronald, married to Angela Manges, Davidsville,
  Cindy Sheeler, Boswell and Allison Sheeler and Leroy Wilt, Somerset; eight
  grandchildren: Randy Jr., Jason Paul and Bradley Scott Sheeler, Samantha, Magee
  and Bobbi Sheeler, Lexy Snell and Amanda Sheeler and two great-grandchildren,
  Brittany and Zachary Sheeler. Sister of Ralph, Arizona, Porter, Jerome,
  Bernice, married to John Miller, Jenners, Kerby and wife, Louise, South
  Carolina and Willard and wife, Barbara, Jenners. Also survived by numerous
  nieces and nephews and in-laws. Member of the Laurel Mountain Grace Brethren
  Church, Jennerstown, where she had been a deaconess and sang in the choir. Also
  member of "Unite Here" formerly the ILGWU. Retired garment worker and a 1952
  graduate of the Conemaugh Township Area High School, Davidsville. Ruth had a
  generous, loving heart for family and friends. Viewing from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Monday at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Main Street,
  Boswell, and also from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at
  Laurel Mountain Grace Brethren Church. The Rev. Arthur Moffat officiating.
  Interment, Maple Spring Cemetery.
