  SHEETS
  
    Myers W. Sheets, 79, Rockwood RD 3, died June 1, 1988 in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Dec. 30, 1908 in Donegal Township, a son of
  the late David L. and Elizabeth (Miller) Sheets.  Also preceded in
  death by two brothers and one sister.  Survived by his wife, the
  former Ruby Mognet; children: Ethal M., Mt. Pleasant RD 4; and Mrs.
  Charles (Lois Louise) Prentice, Verona; and four grandchildren. He
  was a member of Laurel Mountain Chapel, Trent, where he was treasurer
  and elder for many years.  He was a cabinet maker for 27 years for the
  former Somerset Lumber Company.  Death ends a marriage of 49 years. 
  Friends received 7-9 p.m. Friday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.  Service is Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in Laurel
  Mountain Chapel, Trent, with the Rev. Don Judy officiating. 
  Interment, St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery.  Body will lie in
  state at the church from 1:30 p.m. until time of service. 
  Contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.
