PLUMA SHEETS

  Mrs. Pluma Sheets, 57, wife of Lott W. Sheets of Hopwood, Pa., formerly a 
resident of Grantsville and a daughter of the late Henry A. and Mary (Fuller) 
Patton of Grantsville, died at her home, Tuesday, April 6, after a long illness.
  Surviving besides her husband, are three sons - William of Uniontown, Ralph in 
U.S. Navy, and Paul of Paintsville, Ky.; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Whoolery of 
Hopwood, and Mrs. Dorothy Spaw of Uniontown; one brother, Norman P. Patton of 
Grantsville, and two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Durst of Grantsville and Mrs. Savilla 
Scott of Hopwood.
  Funeral services were conducted in the Hopwood Methodist Church, Friday, with 
Rev. J. H. Humbertson, Connellsville, officiating.  Burial was in Hopwood 
Cemetery.
  Mr. and Mrs. Norman Patton of Grantsville attended the funeral.
