    Helen M. (Reed) Shippey, 76, Somerset Pike, Boswell RD, D.O.A. Jan.
  5, 2000, at Somerset Hospital.  Born Nov. 20, 1923, in Shanksville,
  daughter of William J. and Margaret C. (Brant) Reed.  Preceded in
  death by parents; and sisters: Alice and Victoria Reed.  Survived by
  husband, Floyd D., and these children: Alyce M., married to Gary
  Reed, Boswell RD; Ronald D., married to the former Charloette Eckert,
  Germany; and Gail Y. Barna, Boswell; also six grandchildren and six
  great-grandchildren.  A private family viewing will be held Friday. 
  The public is invited to a funeral service at 2 p.m. Saturday at
  Hoffman Funeral Home, Main St., Boswell, with the Rev. Randall S.
  Dillon officiating.  Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.
