  SHIPPY
  
    James A. "Jim" Shippy, 62, Everett, died April 20, 1996, at his
  home.  Preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.  Survived by
  wife, Barbara, and three sons: Michael, Mark and Scott; daughter,
  Carol; 5 grandchildren, 2 sisters of Everett.  Employed as a heavy
  equipment operator for PBS Coal of Friedens.  Funeral services at 11
  a.m. Tuesday in the Dalla Valle Funeral SVC., Main Street, Everett,
  with the Rev. Walter Hoard officiating.  Friends received from 2 to 4
  and 6 to 9 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to services on Tuesday. 
  Interment, Salemville Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to
  Community Nursing Hospice, 1425 Scalp Ave., Johnstown, Pa. 15904.
