  NELLIE SHOBER
  
    Mrs. Nellie Edith Shober, 88, Somerset, died May 25, 1977, at
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born July 28, 1888, in Brothersvalley
  Township, she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Landis.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Marling; son, Harold; and
  a brother and two sisters.
    She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Franklin (Fern) Brant, Friedens
  RD 2, five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  She is a sister
  of Mrs. Edna Glessner, Berlin, and a member of Trinity Lutheran
  Church.  Friends were received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home,
  Somerset, where services were conducted Friday with the Rev. H. James
  Meyers officiating.  Interment, Brotherton Cemetery.
