DALTON T. SHOEMAKER

  Dalton T. Shoemaker, 69, former resident of Somerset County, died Wednesday 
noon in the Uniontown Hospital.  He lived for many years in Pittsburgh and, 
during that time, was a police officer at Kennywood Park.  He was also employed 
by the Holland Furnace Co. of Braddock.
  He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Amy Smith of Somerset and Mrs. Hilda 
Beatty of Uniontown, and by one brother, George Shoemaker of Connellsville.
  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at Smithfield Cemetery.
