  NORMAN D. SHOEMAKER
  
    Norman D. Shoemaker, 84, died Nov. 21 at Salisbury.  Born in Elk
  Lick Twp., Aug. 12, 1883, he was a son of the late Daniel D. and
  Caroline (Folk) Shoemaker.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Grace Maust in
  1941. He is survived by two sons, Gilbert of Salisbury and Melvin of
  West Salisbury; two brothers, Irvin of Grantsville and Ellis of
  Springs; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
    Mr. Shoemaker was a member of the Springs Mennonite Church,
  Springs. 
    Funeral service was held Thursday afternoon, Nov. 23, at Thomas
  Funeral Home, Salisbury, with Rev. Roy L. Kinsinger officiating. 
  Interment followed in the Springs Cemetery.
