  SHOPE
  
    Michael S. Shope, 21, of Confluence died Aug. 7, 1993.  Born April
  25, 1972, in Meyersdale.  Survived by his father and stepmother,
  Robert and Dana Shope of Pittsburgh, and his mother and stepfather,
  Sarah J. (Fazenbaker) and Wilbert Shipley of Confluence.  Also
  survived by grandparents, Mary Ellen Shope of Pittsburgh and Edward
  and Esther Fazenbaker of Confluence; also brother, Robert, and sister
  Laurie Griffith, both of Confluence.  Friends received at Humbert
  Funeral Home in Confluence today until 1 p.m., the hour of service,
  with Rev. Richard McClintock officiating.  Interment, Jersey Cemetery.
