    Minnie Shope, 81, of Nokomis, Fla., formerly of Garrett, died Jan.
  25, 1988, in Venice, Fla.  She was born April 29, 1906, in Garrett. 
  Survived by her husband, Edward C.; and two sisters, Phyllis Flabey
  of Clearwater, Fla.; and Ferne E. Beal of Lincoln Park, Mich.; also a
  number of nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and
  7-9 p.m. Friday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services
  will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. David Fetter
  officiating.  Interment in the Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
