  FAYE E. SHORT
  
    Faye E. Short, 79, of Salisbury RD 1, died Jan. 3, 1980, at his
  home.
    He was born Oct. 10, 1901, in Salisbury, son of the late William H.
  and Naomi (Radchliffe) Short.  He was preceded in death by wife, the
  former Emma Ruth Yutzy, and one daughter, Mrs. Patricia Ann Sperry. 
    He is survived by five sons: Charles William Short, Samuel D.
  Short, Thomas Michael Short and Robert F. Short, all of Salisbury RD
  1; and John F. Short of Miami, Fla.  Also survived by 12
  grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.  
    He was retired from the B&O railroad and was a roofing contractor
  in Cumberland.  He was a member of St. Johns United Church of Christ.
    Friends were received in the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where
  services were held with the Rev. David E. Fetter officiating. 
  Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
