  MRS. NAOMI SHORT
  
    Mrs. Naomi Short, 86, died Monday, Dec. 4, in Oakland, Md.  Born in
  Bedford County, April 10, 1881, she was a daughter of Jacob S. and
  Henrietta (Thomas) Radcliffe.  Her husband, William Short, West
  Salisbury, preceded her in death.  Surviving are a son, Faye, West
  Salisbury, five grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.  
    She was member of St. Mark's United Church of Christ, Cumberland. 
  Funeral service was conducted on Wednesday morning at Thomas Funeral
  Home, Salisbury, with Rev. Ernest Rumbaugh officiating.  Interment
  was made in Salisbury IOOF cemetery.
