Show, 58, Hopwood, died April 4, 1981 in Fazio Nursing Home, Markleysburg, following a lingering illness. He was born in Confluence on March 15, 1923, and was a son of the late William S. and Ivy Clara (Henry) Show. He was a former member of the Hutchinson Sportsmans Club. He is survived by his wife, Elsie (Detrick) Show, formerly of Friendsville, Md.; a son, David, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Carol Kapel, McHenry, Md.; Mrs. Deborah Besmen, Silver Spring, Md.; one brother, Roger G. Show; Ohiopyle; five sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Jones, Mrs. Mabel Cardon, and Mrs. Edna Amalong, all of Long Beach, California; Mrs. Thelma Belmont, Cherry Valley, California; and Mrs. Clara Butcher, Williamsburg, Ky. Friends were received at the Crawford Haky Funeral Home, Hopwood, services were conducted April 6, with the Rev. Jay Pifer officiating. Interment followed in Lafayette Memorial Park, Briar Hill, Pa.
