  ETHEL M. SHOWALTER
  
    Ethel M. Showalter, 63, Edgewood, died Monday, April 1, 1985, at
  the Fallston General Hospital.
    She was born Aug. 25, 1921 in Larimer Township, and was a daughter
  of the late William Baughman and Agnes (Bittner) Baughman.
    She was a retired employee of the Baltimore County Board of
  Education.  She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Fallston.
    Surviving are her husband, James C. Showalter; one son, James B.
  Showalter, Edgewood; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Agnes Vandevander,
  Riverside, Calif.; Mrs. Brenda Joyce Wilson, Edgewood; two brothers,
  Walter Baughman, Meyersdale RD 4; Clarence Baughman, Baltimore, Md.;
  five sisters, Mrs. Stella Baughman, Meyersdale RD 4; Mrs. Alice
  Winters, Lock Haven; Mrs. Annie Stull, Mrs. Delores Hutzel and Mrs.
  Violet Reiber, all of Meyersdale; six grandchildren and two
  great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury where
  services were held by the Rev. William Howard.  Interment, St. Paul
  Cemetery, near Salisbury.
