  SHOWALTER
  
    Mabel J. Showalter, 72, of Salisbury, died at home May 25.  Born
  Dec. 2, 1901 in Salisbury, daughter of the late William and Harriet
  Newman Beynon.  Survived by three sons: John, Fred and Samuel, all of
  Salisbury; seven daughters: Mrs. Harriet Saler of Canton, Ohio; Mrs.
  Hazel Garlitz, Mrs. Jean Bowers and Mrs. Mary Lee Merrbach, all of
  Salisbury; Mrs. Felecia Gross of Elyria, Ohio; Mrs. Linda Schaeffer
  of Maryland City, Md. and Mrs. Susie Helman of Burlington, W.Va.,
  also 35 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded
  in death by her husband, S. Curtis and two daughters, Mrs. Esther
  Bittner and Elinor Ann.  A member of the Maranatha Assembly of God of
  Grantsville where services will be held today at 10 a.m. with the Rev.
  William K. Ferguson officiating.  Interment Salisbury Cemetery. 
  Arrangements in charge of the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury.
