  SHREFFLER
  
    Carrie C. (Reedy) Shreffler, 80, of North Edgewood Ave., Somerset,
  died Jan. 10, 1996, at Somerset Hospital.  Born Nov. 24, 1915, in
  Somerset, daughter of the late Charles and Bessie Pifer Reedy. 
  Preceded in death by husband, Charles Jr.; two sons: Charles "Skip"
  Shreffler and Robert Shreffler; two daughters: Alice Jean Wolfe and
  Joy Marie Shreffler; six brothers, four sisters and one grandson. 
  Survived by a daughter, Mildred "Johnnee," wife of Richard Warren,
  Somerset; son-in-law, Richard Wolfe; grandchildren: Joy Lynn
  Hildreth, and husband Lew; Rod Wolfe and wife Cathy; Kirk Wolfe and
  wife JoAnna; great-granddaughters: Andrea, Jenny, and Paige, all of
  Ohio, and a number of nieces and nephews.  Sister of Mary Newell and
  Charles Reedy, both of Somerset.  Member of St. Paul's United Church
  of Christ.  Active member of the Ladies Auxiliary to VFW Post 554,
  Somerset.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Saturday at Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be
  conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Rev. Glenn E. Sadler officiating. 
  Interment, St. John's Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be
  given to Meals on Wheels or Humane Society.
