  SHROYER
  
    Harrison E. Shroyer, 70, of Markleton passed on May 10, 2001 at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born May 3, 1931 in Black Township.  Son of the
  late Ben and Darlie (Hostetler) Shroyer.  Preceded in death by
  half-sisters Vera and Marie, and half-brothers Jesse, Daniel and
  Charles.  Survived by his wife Barbara (Trimpey) Shroyer, foster
  daughter Genina, married to Andy Berger and grandson Sam Berger of
  Brooklyn, N.Y.; sisters, Ada Lepley of Boswell, Anola Mitchell of
  Berlin, Darlie Romesberg of Garrett, and Alice Purbaugh of Rockwood,
  and brother Leroy Shroyer of Meyersdale.  Also sister-in-law Mary
  Shroyer of Stoystown, and many nieces and nephews.  He was a veteran
  of the U.S. Army, a member of the VFW Post 554 in Somerset, and the
  National Rifle Association.  Friends will be received from 2 to 8
  p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood, with a service to
  follow at 8 p.m., Rev. Dwight Yinkey officiating.  Interment,
  Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
