  WALTER HENRY SHROYER
  
    Walter Henry Shroyer, 81, of Hyndman RD 1, died Oct. 2, 1972, in
  Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland.  A native of Fairhope Township, he
  was a son of the late Nathaniel and Ellen (Shaffer) Shroyer.  His
  wife, the former Bessie Emerick, preceded him in death.
    Mr. Shroyer was a retired farmer.
    Surviving are a son, Bruce Shroyer, Hyndman RD 1; two
  grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Clara
  Rice, Cairnbrook, and Mrs. Cora Swope, Boswell RD 1.
    Funeral service will be conducted at two o'clock this (Thursday)
  afternoon in Comps Church with Rev. Ken L. Korns officiating. 
  Interment in the church cemetery, under the direction of Zeigler
  Funeral Home, Hyndman.  The body will be taken to the church an hour
  preceding the service.
