    Bernice Vietta "Bets" Shultz, 74, of Friedens, died Aug. 10, 1995,
  at home.  Born July 27, 1921, in Summit Mills.  Daughter of Clarence
  and Olive (Witt) Maust.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Harry
  O.; brothers: Quinten, Gladen "Cockey" and Ralph Maust.  Survived by
  brother and sisters: Clarence Woodrow Maust of Oak Hill, Fla.; Mary
  Ida Griffith, Friedens; Helen Courtney, Meyersdale; and Ruth Virginia
  Custer, Friedens RD 1.  Also numerous nieces and nephews.  Member of
  Rayman Church of the Brethren.  Family will receive friends from 2-4
  and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service
  will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Robert L. Hoffman
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  Memorial
  contributions may be given to the Rayman Church, RD 2 Friedens, Pa.
