Shultz Jr., 69, of 108 Shenango Blvd., Farrell, formerly of Somerset, died Thursday, Nov. 9, 1995 at St. Francis Hospital. Born Aug. 26, 1926, in Meyersdale, son of Bruce W. Shultz and Anna (Hostetler) Shultz of Glencoe. Preceded in death by father and brother, Gary Shultz. Married to Darlene K. (Ludy) Shultz, Dec. 18, 1971. Survived by his wife, daughters: Mrs. Margaret Clark, Oscoeola Mills, and Mrs. Elizabeth Smoyer, Friedens. One son, Bruce W. Shultz III, Berlin. Brothers: Richard Shultz and Gerald Shultz, both of Berlin, sister, Mrs. N. Tom (Shirley) Ludy of Glencoe. Attended Stoneycreek High School, Shanksville. An independent trucker formerly employed by Simon Yoder Trucking, Mercer, Dale L. Gilliland, New Wilmington and Cooper Jerrett Trucking, Hermitage. Member of Miracle Valley Assembly, Hermitage. Active charter member of church, serving in many capacities including the Governing Board and Advisory Board. He also had been usher and deacon. A U.S. Army sergeant serving in WW II (11th Airborne Division). Friends will be received 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at J. Bradley McConigle Funeral Home, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon, Pa. where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Rev. Samuel J. DeJoy. Burial at Morefield Cemetery, Hermitage.
