She was the daughter of John O. and Mary (Fosbrink) Imhoff and was born on November 20, 1881. Her husband, William J. Shultz, died last February. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Bert S. Walker, Large St., Meyersdale, and by one son, William C., Salisbury. She also leaves three brothers - Rev. T. B. Imhoff, Cincinnati, O.; R. E. Imhoff, Los Angeles, and T. O. Imhoff, Meyersdale; also two grandchildren. She was a member of Hochstetler Church of the Brethren, and after moving to Meyersdale, recently, attended South Side Church of the Brethren. Funeral services were conducted at 3 o'clock, Tuesday afternoon at the Meyersdale Church by Rev. A. Jay Replogle of Salisbury, in the absence of the pastor, Rev. DeWitt Miller. Interment in Union Cemetery was under the direction of W. C. Price and son. The pallbearers were Harry Mosholder, Dean Bittner, Paul Minnick, Lester Shultz, Robert Hoke and Robert Downey.
