Born May 16, 1925, in Sand Patch, a daughter of the late Patrick and Maude (Stone) Kelly. Preceded in death by her husband Elmer "Junior" in 1994; an infant son, Ricky Lynn; and these brothers and sisters, John and Michael Kelly, Ruth Brown and Phyllis Smith. Survived by her son, Gary and his wife Julie; grandchildren, Christine, wife of Douglas Brown; Julie J., wife of Rick Decker Jr.; and Tracy R., wife of Herbert Hilliard; great-grandchildren, Robert and Christopher Brown and William and Faith Decker. Florence was a well known Notary Public for many years, member of Amity United Church of Christ, and a member of PAM. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. She will be taken to Amity United Church of Christ to lie in state from 12 to 1 p.m., the time of service, Friday. The Rev. James H. Smelley, the Rev.
