  IRA Z. SHULTZ
  
    Ira Z. Shultz, 85, Rockwood RD 2, died suddenly Dec. 4 in Somerset.
    A native of Middlecreek Township, he was born May 10, 1882, a son
  of the late Jeremiah and Eliza (Lucas) Shultz.  He was the last
  surviving member of a family of 10 brothers and sisters.
    He was a member of Somerset County Firemen's Association, a charter
  member of New Centerville and Rural Volunteer Fire Department, of
  Kingwood IOOF, a charter member of Laurel Hill Lions Club, and of
  Milford Grange in New Centerville, of the state Grange and of the
  national Grange.  For many years he was an officer of Somerset County
  Sunday School Association.
    Funeral service will be held at Messiah Lutheran Church on Friday
  afternoon with Rev. Gene Abel officiating.  Interment will be made in
  the church cemetery, under the direction of Willard D. Miller Funeral
  Home, Somerset.
