  SHULTZ
  
  Dr. Joseph R. Shultz, native of Berlin, past president of Ashland
  University and former Dean of Ashland Theological Seminary at
  Ashland, Ohio, died Sept. 24, 2003.  He is survived by his wife Doris
  V. (Hart) Shultz; three sons: Timothy, David and Joseph and one
  daughter Jody Lynn Thomae; 13 grandchildren and one brother J.
  William Shultz of Berlin.  Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Saturday at the Ashland, Ohio University Chapel.  The family will
  receive friends one hour before the service at the chapel.  In lieu
  of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions, in his
  memory be made to either of two endowed scholarship funds, the
  Shultz-Musser Scholarship Fund at Ashland Theological Seminary, 910
  Center Street, Ashland, Ohio 44805 or to the Joseph and Doris Shultz
  Scholarship at Ashland University, 401 College Avenue, Ashland, Ohio
  44805.  Denbow-Primm-Kemery Funeral Home is in charge of the
  arrangements.
