   Richard J. "Rusty" Shultz, 78, Berlin, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 26, 2007. Born
  April 26, 1929, in Salisbury,  a son of Bruce and Anna Dorine (Hostetler) Shultz.
  Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Gary and Bruce Shultz Jr.; infant brothers,
  Donald and Carl; and an infant sister, Viola Jean Shultz. Survived by his wife of 59
  years, the former Frances Irene Eash; daughters, Susan J. Poorbaugh and husband, Robert,
  Garrett; and Penny I. Glessner and husband, K. Stanley, Friedens; grandchildren,
  Christine and Melissa Poorbaugh; Stacy Mankamyer and husband, Mark; and Brenda Gaibor and
  husband, Victor Jr.; great-grandchildren, Nathaniel, Andrew, Kayla, Hannah, Victor III,
  Cora, and Christian;  sister, Shirley Ludy and husband, Noah, Glencoe; brother,  Gerald
  Shultz and wife, Sally, Berlin; sisters-in-law, Virginia Shultz, Berlin; Darlene Shultz,
  Sharon; and Dorothy Shultz, Berlin; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a graduate of
  Shanksville-Stonycreek School District and a retired truck driver. Member of Unity United
  Church of Christ and the Teamsters Union.  He enjoyed fixing shoes and leatherworking.
  Family will  receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the  Deaner Funeral
  Home, Berlin. Viewing from 10 a.m.  until the time of service at 11 a.m. Saturday at the
  Unity United Church of Christ. The Rev. Jay Shaffer officiating. Interment Somerset
  County Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be given to the Unity UCC Building Fund,
