Born Jan. 13, 1888 in Black Township, a daughter of Harvey and Elizabeth Shultz Ohler. She is survived by two sons Paul R. of Tennsauaen, N.J. and Bert A. of Austintown, Ohio; one daughter, Mrs. Audine Thompson of Somerset; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Russell G. Shumaker in 1966 and five sisters and four brothers. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Rockwood, where she was very active as a Sunday school teacher and choir member. Friends will be received at the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and until 10 a.m. Wednesday when the remains will be moved to St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Rockwood to lie in state until 11 a.m., the time of service.
