  MARGAREITE L. SHUMAKER
  
    Margareite L. Shumaker, 83, of Hyndman RD 1; formerly of 905
  Bedford Street, died Wednesday, March 11, 1987, in Memorial Hospital,
  Cumberland, Md.
    Born in Corriganville, Md., on Dec. 2, 1903, she was the daughter
  of the late Charles L. and Matilda (Taylor) Miller.  She was preceded
  in death by her husband, Warren E. Shumaker, on May 30, 1974, and by
  her son, Earl W. Shumaker, on Oct. 31, 1969.
    She was a member of Chapter 12, Order of the Eastern Star.
    Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Florence Adams, Frederick, Md.; and
  several nieces and nephews.
    Friends were received in the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home,
  Hyndman, where services were conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. by the
  Rev. Ruth S. Kershner.  Interment, Hillcrest Burial Park.
