  RHEA L. SHUMAKER
  
    Rhea L. Shumaker, 400 Penn Avenue, Jerome, died March 20, 1975, in
  Allegheny Lutheran Home, Goucher Street, Johnstown.  Born in West
  Salisbury, she was a daughter of Alonzo H. and Elizabeth (Brandler)
  Shumaker.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister,
  Myrtle.
    Surviving are these sisters: Zeta, widow of J. Chariton Truax,
  Jerome; Vivian, wife of Vernon R. Van Divender, Masonic Homes,
  Elizabethtown; and Aleda U. Shumaker, at home.
    She was a charter member of Jerome Lutheran Church, a long-time
  member of the church choir and its LCW.  She was also a member of
  Windber Chapter 143, Order of Eastern Star, Somerset Historical
  Society and the Auxiliary to the Jerome Fire Company.
    Funeral service was held Saturday morning in Jerome Lutheran Church
  with Rev. George A. Clark officiating.  Interment in Salisbury
  Cemetery.
