"Marge" Shuster, 78, of Windber, went to be with her Lord on Feb. 23, 1998, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born Sept. 3, 1919, in Salisbury, daughter of the late Charles and Florence (Engle) Hutzel. Preceded in death by brothers Wade, William, Harry, John and Telford, and sister Hazel Puschnigg. Survived by husband, George, of Windber and daughters: Margie, wife of Robert Mix, Reno, Nev., and Shirley, wife of William Deyarmin, Windber; also grandchildren: Deborah Oakes, John and Karen Mix and great-grandson, Trevor William Oakes. Sister of Ruth Kozola, Jenners; Shirley Jean Wojnarowski, Boswell, and sister-in-law, Margret Hutzel, Germany; also survived by other family members. Would have been married for 60 years on June 5, 1998. Mrs. Shuster enjoyed yard work, flowers and, most importantly, baking for her family and friends. Member of First Lutheran Church, Windber, where she participated in the Ladies Altar Guild and other church functions. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Meek Funeral Home, Inc., Windber. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church, the Rev. Dennis Doebler officiating. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to First Lutheran Church in memory of Mrs. Shuster.
